This home was ready for a 21st century landscape so we removed the front lawn to create a modern courtyard. Offset concrete pavers and a fountain make the most of this small space. Smart phone enabled LED lighting and irrigation systems make resource management a breeze.

In the back, neighbors and friends relax in the outdoor living room. Steel and ipe arbors mitigate summer heat and the fire pit warms chilly nights for year round outdoor entertaining. Fruit trees dot the hillside and the driveway has been repurposed for a raised vegetable bed.
